Illinois Small Business Emergency Loan Fund

DCEO and the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) established the Illinois Small Business Emergency Loan Fund to offer small businesses low interest loans of up to $50,000

Downstate Small Business Stabilization Program

Supports small businesses in downstate and rural counties across Illinois by DCEO. Small businesses having 50 or less employees can obtain grants of up to $25,000 in working capital

Chicago Small Business Resiliency Fund

Provides small businesses with emergency cash flow during this immediate health crisis. Funds will be provided to eligible businesses as low-interest loans.

Hospitality Emergency Grant Program (CLOSED)

Bars, restaurants, and hotels can apply for a grant to help meet working capital needs. The $14 million fund provides grants up to $10,000 for bars, $25,000 for restaurants, and $50,000 for hotels. (GRANT program is Closed)
